We will have the Chennai edition of the World Quizzing Championship on Saturday June 7, 2014 at CRC 102 at IIT Madras. The event is scheduled for 3 PM and is expected to wind up by 5:30 PM latest. The link for the registration for the event had been circulated in an earlier email. Please be present at the venue by 2:30 PM to enable us to start the event on time. Please carry ID to enter IIT campus.

On June 8, Sunday, we will have a QFI meeting at 10 AM at our usual venue PS Senior Secondary School, Alarmelmangapuram, Mylapore. We will have a quiz by Jayadev and Swaroop who have conducted some fantastic quizzes for us in the past. Please be there for what promises to be a great quiz.

As you might be aware, QFI offers annual subscriptions on a calendar year basis and paying subscribers receive all our quizzes by email. Those of you who are interested in taking up a new QFI membership / renewing one, can do so at the meeting in person. Our annual membership fee is Rs. 500. Members get access to an exclusive mailing list on which quizzes from our meetings are circulated. Memberships are open to everyone, irrespective of location. If you cannot pay your membership fee in person, it can also be paid online, by bank deposit, or by post, so don’t miss out on our quizzes! Subscribers joining at any time of the year can access all of the year’s quizzes from the archives. Please email us for details.
