dishes named after them Kung Pao in the color pic and gen tso next to him (a dry version of the general-the question and not the dish was asked in one of the odyssey quizzes)
Kung Pao & General Tso – both have chicken dishes named after them, but seems even they have not tasted it.
American Chinese dishes were named after them. One is Gen. Tso. I am assuming the other one is kung pao 😀
