1. Panch Pyare….the first five disciples who were inunciated into Khalsa.

3. The top 2 pictures depict the formation of the Khalsa which started with Panj Piare. The second photo at the top is a depiction of Guru Gobind Singh asking to be inducted into the Khalsa by the Panj Piare. The bottom two are the modern day celebrations to mark the founding of the Khalsa.

5. They are the ‘Paanch Pyare’ or the ‘Five Favourites’. They were the first chosen volunteers to be inducted into the Khalsa by Guru Gobind Singh

Pic 1 shows Guru Govind Singh initiating/baptising the Panch Pyaare who in turn initiated/baptised him on Baisakhi day.It was after this that GGS said there were to be no more gurus and that junta should pray to the Granth Sahib instead. He also laid down rules regarding the 5 Ks ( i.e kirpan ( sword) kachha ( shorts ) etc.Pics 3 and 4 depict that i presume ?
